Our flagship teacher training program
The Plant Method invites you to participate in our flagship six-week teacher training program. This highly interactive online series of workshops will cover topics such as:
– Uncovering education-related trauma in learners and empowering them
– Moving learners towards self-directed learning and autonomy
– Minimizing lesson planning and maximizing results for learners
– Conducting individual and group lessons with your own special style and flair
– Giving and receiving feedback, effective forms of praise, and how to evaluate progress
– Monetizing your approach to make an income that supports you and your lifestyle
This course is ideal for:
– Teachers of any language who have at least one year of teaching experience (and can speak at least B1 English – the course language is in English)
– Teachers who teach primarily adults and teens
– Teachers who would rather use authentic and personal materials than coursebooks
– Teachers who would like to teach less and earn more
How does it work?
– Complete the registration form and pay the fee
– Receive a link to join live, where you can interact with the trainer via chat
– Access the recordings later for self-study and review
– Each session takes one hour, with an additional 15 minutes of optional Q&A (also included in the recording)
– You will receive workbooks, recordings, and copies of the slide presentations for self-study and reference
For an additional fee
– Join a live lesson and watch me teach an individual or group course, and, upon completion of the course, I will also watch one of your lessons and give you feedback.
How much does it cost?
All six sessions, plus workbooks, materials, and lifetime access to recordings costs 4500 Kc (approximately 180 Euros).
The add-on of lesson observation and feedback is an additional 1000 Kc.
